Almond And Honey Face Scrub
Almond Powder- 1 Tablespoon
Honey- 1/2 Tablespoon
Milk- 2 Tablespoons
Grind few almonds and mix it with honey and milk in above mentioned quantities. Then scrub your face and body with this for 5-10 minutes in a circular motion after scrubbing/massaging, keep it on your skin for good 5-10 minutes to get it absorbed in your skin. Wash it off with normal water, this will help in removing sun tan and blemishes while giving your skin a radiant effect.
Sugar and Tomato Scrub
Sugar – 2 Tablespoons
Grind one tomato and sugar in a bowl and mix it well. Scrub your face and body with this for 5 minutes in a circular motion. Using this 2-3 times in a week can improve your skin texture as tomatoes can help in reducing wrinkles and other aging signs. Sugar will help to remove dead skin cells from your skin.
Rice Flour Scrub
Rice Flour- 1 Tablespoon
Lemon- 1/2 Lemon Juice
Rosewater- Few Drops
Mix Rice flour with Lemon juice and Rosewater in above mentioned quantities and make a thik mixture with it. Scrub your face and body with it for 10 minutes.
Do this twice a week to get desired results. Rice powder and lemon scrub are effective if you have dark spots as it reduces the blemishes and dark patches of your skin and gives you even skin tone.
Orange Face Scrub
Granulated Sugar – 5 Tablespoons
Orange Juice – 3 Tablespoons
Honey- 2 Tablespoons
Olive Oil- 1 Tablespoon
Mix all ingredients in a bowl in above mentioned quantities one by one and make semi- liquid scrub. You can use it as a body or face scrub both. Use this on damp skin and scrub/massage in circular motions focusing on the darker areas. Try this 3-4 times a week. It will make your skin brighter, supple and glowing. Good to use in winter’s because it nourishes as well as moisturizes the skin very well.
