Morning Routine For Healthy Skin!!

Do you have a morning routine to keep your skin healthy! Most of us think a night skincare routine is the most important.  But following a morning skincare routine is more important as what you put in during the day helps you make look your best. There are plenty of instructions and suggestions to guide you on how to care for your skin. However, it is not as complex as it seems. All you need to do is keep a few things in mind, and everything will fall in place.

So here they are:

Morning Drink

As you know Fruits are the best food sources of vitamin C. Start your day with a glass of hot water with lemon and honey. Hot water helps you to flush out toxins and when combined with lemon and honey, it’s enriched with antioxidants that help skin glow while giving you a Vitamin C boost. Also Orange juice is a concentrated source of vitamin-C, a water-soluble vitamin that doubles as a powerful antioxidant and plays a central role in immune function.

Healthy carbs and Vitamin B

Start your day with scrambled eggs or  green vegetables like broccoli, spinach. Both have healthy carbs, and Vitamin B which is very good for the health of your skin. Biotin which is found in eggs, is also known as the “beauty vitamin” owing to its role in the development of new skin tissue and slowing down the process of ageing.

Face Massage

Massage your face every day with ice cubes for 2 minutes in circular motion. This helps increase blood circulation and gives your skin a healthy glow. Fix your puffy eyes with used tea bags or put your moisturiser for 10 minutes in the freezer to chill before application. An excellent way to de-stress and get rid of those puffy eyes without having to rely on dollops of concealer.

Use Rose Water

Make a facial mist with rose water and spray it on your face and neck before you use your serum and moisturiser. It is a great way to hydrate skin and it also helps in setting makeup with a finishing touch.

Water Intake

Hydrate yourself by drinking enough water before you leave home. This not only ensures clear skin but also a clean digestive system which is the root of having amazing skin.
